Role: Creative Director | Illustrator supervisor
Victoria’s Secret uses its scale and platform to champion every voice and drive forward inclusion and equity for every person. To celebrate each community through the various cultural moments: Black History Month; Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander month; Pride Month; Hispanic History Month — we partner with an illustrator that identifies within said community. Through their unique style, we create beautiful illustrations and an “impact” video on how our company philanthropic efforts are helping organizations all year-round.
Throughout the year, philanthropic efforts with each of the Internal Resource Groups below allow us to celebrate different communities authenitcally and spotlight good work our external organization partners are doing:
Asian Learning, Leadership & Innovation Network (ALL IN) - Asian American and/or Pacific Islander and allies
Conexión - Hispanic and Latinx associates and allies
Evolve - LGBTQ associates and allies
Mosaic - Black and African American associates and allies
