Concept
Our #1 selling fragrance, Bombshell Eau de Parfum, was getting a new and redesigned look. Debuted in 2010, we wanted to reintroduce the beloved fragrance back with a fresh, new campaign that visually captured the bold and graphic essence of the bottle’s new design.
Design
Gemstone-inspired
Bombshell Eau de Parfum’s iconic, emerald gemstone-resembling shape was the catalyst to the campaign. The visual ID of the campaign leveraged the geometric outline in motion, in free-standing space, and alongside soft shapes of the ingredients that make up the fragrance.
The Power of the Peony
The heart of the fragrance is Bombshell’s signature floral, the peony. We created a library of motion assets that showcased the emerald bottle design, the scent notes, graphic typography and nothing short of a peony takeover.
Activation
Bombshell Gardens
The emerald gemstone shape took on a larger than life experience. To celebrate the campaign, Victoria’s Secret hosted “Bombshell Gardens,” an immersive and sensorial experience along The Highline in New York City —bringing the fragrance to life through unique activations such as fragrance bars, peony adorned installations, and fragrance bottle personalization stations.
